Restaurant Rama in Ismaning

My favorite taste far and wide for 25 years ... despite the often long waiting time and depending on the mood of the waiters ... the prices have risen so much with Corona that I no longer think it's appropriate ... what a shame I'll miss you. ..but my pain limit has been reached. Many restaurants have raised prices with Corona ToGo, which I really understand from a business perspective. But I think very few will go back down afterwards and sorry, then you will also lose customers.

Delicious food, can be picked up. Short waiting time and well packaged.

I recently rediscovered this place. Just before the last Lokdown. It was so good and it was seasoned perfectly, everything was freshly prepared and the dishes were very, very rich. A starter and a main course for 2 people are easily enough for 5 people to take away. I have already eaten 2 times and ordered 2 times because of Corona, everything is always perfect. It simply stands out from the usual quality, both in the restaurant and t "ake away"

This was my first time with this Indian, a look at the menu gave me a bad idea. Pizza and pasta? With an Indian? I found it not really great. Undeterred by the southern European debauchery, I ordered something Indian, of course, and was enthusiastic, delicious. Service was also friendly and accommodating. I deduct one star because of the Italian dishes, it doesn't have to be and it doesn't suit the restaurant either, it's just irritating. If I go to Indian then I eat Indian if I want to eat Italian then I go to Italian.

I've been there regularly for 20 years. For me the best Indian in the area. Better food than in India. The hot Chicken Jehangiri is sensational.

The Rama in Ismaning is an institution. The dishes all taste good. Over the years, service and food have been optimized too much for throughput and the menu has above all creamy, creamy dishes "which the Germans love so much". But that is whining at a high level. It's the best Indian restaurant in the world for me and I like the people who run it.

One of absolute favorite Indian restaurant. You can always except to be served good food here. The service is a bit harsh but caring.

Maybe good for the German audience which seems to be the main customer base. But it can not be called indian taste at all. Very disappointed. One star for mango lassi which was the only saving grace.

Overall the food is ok but the service is kind of slow. Once it happened that one of my colleagues got an old and uncooked rice..

The salad was not fresh and the tast of food was very bad. My child aet only small piece of meet and immidiatly get it out. We did not eat it but we paid 16 € for that.

Need to improve Daal Makhani. And meat should be properly cooked.

Well, this is my yard-stick for Indian food. Every time I go to any Indian restaurant (I love their food) I always compare it to the RAMA. I know I'm not an expert but I just love the food in there. The ambience is nice and the service very good (at least to me ... I went there like everyday for a year).

Really good Indian and Italian food. I was not sure was to expect at first with an Indian-Italian restaurant but the food is delicious and authentic. Also not that expensive and a satisfying dish size.
